I use USPS whenever possible because it's usually cheapest. All orders paid through PayPal will have a tracking number. Shipping charges on all listings are an estimate and buyer may be charged additional fees if it costs more to ship to their address. If you would like to make sure the shipping charge is accurate, please let me know before placing your order. This is highly recommended to folks in Florida, New York, Hawaii and Alaska.
If buyer would like me to add insurance, I definitely will, but the extra fee will be buyers responsibility.
I will not ship to an UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS. PayPal's sellers protection must be available before an item will go out.
I will ship INTERNATIONAL. Because, in most cases, I must stand in line at the post office and cannot print postage from the internet, I do charge a processing fee in addition to the shipping fee. Any additional fees charged by Customs or other entities will be the responsibility of the buyer. If an order is returned by Customs, the buyer agrees to pay for shipping again for re-delivery or will only receive a refund of the original amount less shipping less 20% restocking fee.
I will ship to APOs.
Any RETURNED ITEMS due to an address not being updated in PayPal will be the buyer's responsibility to re-ship.
Paypal is the only form of payment I accept through the Etsy site due to issues before and high credit card usage fees. I only accept credit card payments through the main website ... californiahulacenter.com ...Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay, Discover. All payments must clear my bank before any orders will be shipped.
Returns & exchanges
I do not issue refunds. ALL sales are final.
I will, on occasion, agree to an exchange, but this will be at my complete disgression based on the item and my current inventory at that time. In the case I do accept it, the item/items MUST be received back within 5 business days of when the package was received by the buyer according to the USPS tracking number. The amount credited will be the original amount paid, less original shipping and less a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility. The buyer will also need to pay for the shipping for the replacement item. I will not make any exceptions to this pollicy.
Colors may vary from computer to computer. Please contact me ASAP if a color is not the same as the description.
Please understand, I am a small business. When I did accept returns, I ended up with inventory I did not count on and I would receive items that had been used. I am not in the business of "renting" costumes and try to keep my prices low enough for everyone to afford. Please help me keep it that way! Thank you so much!
Please check my feedback. I custom make orders regularly. I LOVE making other people's ideas come to life!! If you have an idea, please show me or describe it to me and we will make something together. Not too creative? Not a problem. Give me some colors...I'll take care of the rest! I will not copy another costume maker's listing. That's tacky and rude. I do realize that other costume makers will do that, but I will not. Most orders can be created and shipped within 1-3 days if the requested color is in stock, BUT please allow up to 3-4 weeks for costume pieces during off season (October-January)...and 4-6 weeks during peak season (January-September). If you need a more specific time frame, you can always convo me or text me!
