To keep shipping cost to a minimum, all items within Canada and international packages are shipped via Canada Post. Many packages are shipped with the most affordable option of Light packet. This shipping method does not include tracking or insurance. If you need tracking or insurance, please message me and I can quote you on another method of shipping.

Packages shipped to the US will be via USPS every THURSDAY and will include a tracking number.

Current production time is 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing.

General Shipping Time Guidelines:

WITHIN CANADA: Shipping within Canada via Canada Post will generally take 4-10 business days to arrive.

US: Shipping to the US will be via USPS very Thursday and generally takes 2-5 business days to arrive. (cutoff time for Thursday shipments is on Saturday at 11AM PST)

INTERNATIONAL: Packages sent internationally via Canada Post will GENERALLY take 10-30 business days to arrive.

However, sometimes there will be hiccups and Canada Post may delay the shipping and I cannot guarantee you the delivery date. Other factors including weather, volume, and customs can also delay the delivery of your package*****



CUSTOMS / DUTY:
Customers are responsible for paying any duty fees or charges that may be incurred by customs.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please double check if you have the correct mailing address. Packages that get sent back to me due to an incorrect shipping address will require a shipping fee again in order to be sent back. I can also refund your order for you if it's not a personalized item (excluding original shipping fee).
