Decals are a prefect option for a wide variety of applications.

We can make a decal to fit any budget with a wide variety of sizes.

The vinyl will be high quality oracal 651 PERMANENT, OUTDOOR grade. This means it will last 5+ years and holds up to weather including water and UV Rays. It is able to be removed (not easily) but is not reusable. It will have a GLOSSY finish. It can be used indoors and outdoors, but will damage a wall if removed from it.

We do offer high quality oracal 631 INDOOR vinyl that is meant for indoor use only. Please contact us or let us know in the notes that you are looking for the indoor vinyl. This vinyl is still permanent and cannot be reused, but it is able to be removed easier than outdoor vinyl. We don't have as many colors in stock for the indoor so please convo us if you are interested in indoor vinyl.

★Items DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT need to be brought to our attention within 48 hours of the delivery date for assistance

★Proof of damage is required and once verified we will work with you to start the claim process and discuss replacement options

★Items RETURNED TO SENDER (returned back to us because of incorrect address, delivery issues, or refused by the recipient) can be resent by request

★New shipping charges will need to be paid by the buyer before the item is shipped out again

★Customers MUST contact us to see if refusing an item is an option before returning to sender

★Transactions will not be refunded if we receive an item back without the customer contacting us

★Custom orders (meaning any order that the design is created or an existing design is edited for the customer’s specific request) are not able to be cancelled, returned, or refunded

★No refunds will be given if you purchase the wrong listing and additional payments may be required since different options have different pricing

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
★Because all of our orders are custom made to the EXACT specifications provided in the notes at checkout, via email, and Etsy Convos, we do not offer refunds or exchanges

★If an error is made on our part, we will do what is needed to correct the issue, normally resulting in a free replacement

★If the item is different than expected but proofs, listings, and any and all other information from our shop match with what was sent, no refunds will be given and a replacement is an option at the buyers expense

★If your item is deemed defective, we will replace it within 14 days of the date of delivery

★For our apparel items, we provide size charts to help you determine the best size to select for your order. Please verify you are ordering the correct size for your needs. Exchanges for incorrect sizing may be accepted at the cost of the buyer depending on the level of customization for the order.

★No refunds or replacements will be given for installation errors

Based on the custom nature of all of our products, we have outlined how our order process works below:

Please make sure you know all applicable information that you will need to provide us in order for us to be able to complete your order including but not limited to:

★NEED BY DATE (If you need your item by a certain date, please contact us prior to purchasing to verify this is an option. If it is close to the date your item is estimated to be shipped, we may be able to get the item shipped out a few days sooner to ensure delivery by the time requested. The ONLY way to guarantee a delivery and/or ship by date is with a rush option and Express shipping, but we will do our best to accomidate specific dates if possible, but we MUST have it documented in the notes or provided in Etsy convos within 48 hours.)
★Any other information necessary to help us complete the order

NOTE: We DO NOT start work on any part of the order including the design until the order is purchased. If you have general questions about what we are able to do or need assistance with sizing, we are more than happy to answer your questions. Once the order is placed, we will work with you to make the design exactly as you want it before we make the final product.

★We will normally contact you within 48 hours to confirm the order and get any additional information we may need that wasn't provided with the initial order.

NOTE: We will contact you to request any additional information we may need to complete your order. If your font choice is the only information we need to complete the order, we will choose our own font if we don't get a response within 48 hours. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed if you are unhappy with the font but didn't provide us with your font preference.

★If we need to provide a proof for your order, we will begin working on the proof as soon as possible

NOTE: If you provided your own artwork or picked one of our pre-designed items, NO proof will be provided.

★We will provide the finished proof for approval, normally about a week before the order will ship

★We will make any changes necessary to the proof until we have a final approval

NOTE: We are not to be held liable for any delays in your order because of delays in getting approval or not having all information necessary to complete the order

★Once the proof has been approved, we will begin completing your order.

★Once your order is completed, we will package it and ship.

NOTE: If you did not select to rush you order, expect your order to ship out 2 weeks from the date the order was placed. If at all possible, we try to ship earlier but we CANNOT GUARANTEE ship dates unless a rush option is selected and we CANNOT GUARANTEE delivery dates unless Express shipping is purchased (US only).

★Any design that we create for you is the property of Lundt Lettering and Design. We reserve the right to use these designs for other customers and/or as standard listings in our shop. We may also use your designs as examples of what we are able to make. For business specific names or logos, we will not sell something that is your specific logo, but these items may still be used as examples.

★We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason. Reasons for cancellation may include but are not limited to little or no information provided for a custom order, mistreatment from the buyer to the seller, or requested order is not something we do or are unable to do because of sizing, inventory, or other limitations. We will not tolerate buyers acting unprofessional towards us or our shop. We have a zero tolerance policy for this type of behavior.


★We will NOT use any designs that have a copyright or trademark

★If a printed design is ordered, we are not responsible for blurry images used if provided by the customer. We recommend providing the highest quality image you have available, preferably in a vector format (Ai, EPS, PSD, or SVG).

NOTE: If your provided design is blurry beyond recognition, we may contact you to get a better quality image. No refunds or replacements will be given because of blurry image quality for orders where the file is provided.

★We try to make your decal as close to the requested dimensions. If there is a discrepancy, your decal will be made as close as possible within the size option selected.

★Our pre-designed decals may be up to a half inch different in sizing than the selected size.

★All items are designed and made by us and/or our employees in our home. We purchase all of our items blank and then custom design, embellish, or make the final product with raw materials. Our home is a smoke free, dog friendly environment.


★★How do I install my decal or apparel transfer?★★

NOTE: We will not refund or replace items for installation errors.

★★When will my order ship?★★

Unless you purchased a rush option, your order will ship out 14 days from the date your order is placed. If this day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, your order would ship out the following Monday.

★★Why does it take 2 weeks for my order to process?★★

Your order may take up to 2 weeks to be ready to ship based on many factors including inventory, current order volumes, and many other factors. Because of the custom nature of the items we sell, each order can take some time because most of our orders have to be designed. We strive to complete your order and get it to you as soon as possible, but appreciate you understanding that the process isn't always quick depending on what is going on at any given time and the potential for inventory constraints.

★★Do I have to have the design ready or can you help me with the design?★★

We are able to assist with basic designs needs or we can use your existing artwork. If the design is more extensive, a design fee may apply.

★★Do you offer bulk pricing or wholesale pricing?★★

We would absolutely love to help you out with any of your bulk or wholesale ordering needs. Please send us as much information on what you are looking to order as possible. That information includes but is not limited to the list below:

★★What do I do if there is an issue with my shipped order?★★

Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know about the issue. This is the common steps to take depending on the situation:

[DAMAGED ITEM] Contact us and be ready to provide photo proof of the damage. We will work with you to start the claim process and get a replacement sent out. We will let you know if the damaged item needs to be returned.

[ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED] The first thing to do if your order hasn't arrived is to track it. Follow this link to pull up your recent orders:

Find the order in question and click on the blue "TRACK PACKAGE" to the right. A screen will pop up with the shipping details. If you need more information, click on the "USPS" link in blue in the bottom left hand bar below the tracking information to look at the tracking at

★If your item shows DELIVERED, but you have NOT RECEIVED it, you will need to check with your family and neighbors, or contact your local post office with the tracking number (you can get by clicking on the USPS link). They will assist you with recovering the package or filing a stolen claim. We are UNABLE to assist in this situation.
