Items will be shipped USPS, and a tracking number will be provided to you by Etsy.
Before you order, Please verify that the address you have listed in Etsy is accurate. Requests to change an address may not or will not be considered.
Items that are not delivered due to USPS errors can not be deemed the responsibility of ribbons4all. If your package appears "lost" in the mail - please contact your post office for assistance in finding your package (using the tracking number Etsy has provided). Ribbons4all is not responsible for your package if your package has been marked delivered, but the package is not to be found.
Purchased items are able to be returned with refund; the buyer will assume the return postage.
When placing an order, please ensure that your order is complete. Two separate orders will likely be charged two separate shipping costs.
Please be aware that shipping cost overages will not be refunded due to handling costs, shipping costs, time, and Etsy fees.
Ribbons4all can not be responsible for orders that are delayed or "lost" due to unconfirmed addresses entered in Etsy. Please ensure that your name and address is correct before you place your order.
Do not request to cancel an order!! The shipping label may have already been purchased. If a label has been purchased, the shop owner may or may not agree to refund the price of the ribbon.
Items will be shipped after payment is received.
Returns & exchanges
If you are not satisfied, we will give a full refund upon return of the item(s) purchased. The shipping cost of the returned item(s) will be the buyer's responsibility.
Please note that ribbon color may appear different in hand, due to computer monitor variations, lighting, etc. Please be aware that our ribbon may be packaged in plastic bags and/or rubber bands that could pose a choking hazard.
