Shipping & policies
Please make sure your Etsy address is correct when you checkout. I will send all shipments to this address and not your Paypal address.
Shipping rates include priority shipping in the US (2-3 business days), handling and packaging costs.
If you would like to upgrade the shipping with insurance please contact me and I will send you a separate Paypal invoice for the added services.
ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All international packages will have a tracking number as well. Unfortunately, 1st class international tracking does not provide much information. It will generally make a record of the day the electronic label was printed, and perhaps the day that the package left the USA. Unfortunately, I cannot refund uninsured international orders that are lost in the mail!
The majority of international packages I ship arrive within two weeks.
Please note that importing goods from another country can mean that your national Customs authorities may charge you Customs Duty and/or other additional related taxes (for example a Value Added Tax or a Purchase Tax). You, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such taxes. I have no control over what taxes you may be charged by your own national tax authorities. I am not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such taxes. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you might have to pay, please check with your local tax authorities before purchasing from my shop. Thank you!
I use recycled packaging supplies whenever possible, and to save paper I do not commonly print a packing slip/ invoice with packages. You may print your invoice out from the Etsy website at any time. If you need to have a packing slip included with your order please let me know and I will be happy to accommodate.
I accept payment via Paypal and credit cards. To use your credit card and not your Paypal account, choose the Paypal option and look for further instructions on the next page. If you need more help, there are instructions here:
I cannot ship your order if I haven't received your payment in full. If you are still having difficulties, contact me and we'll work it out!
Any unpaid orders will be canceled within one week unless buyer has contacted me.
Returns & exchanges
Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for me! Please don't hesitate to contact me with any concerns you may have. I want you to love your purchase, and appreciate the opportunity to correct any problems/mistakes prior to receiving feedback!
Custom carved items are not returnable but if there is a problem I will work with you.
If you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation within 48 hours and please triple check the details so there are no mistakes! I'll use the confirmation details for creating your order! If I don't hear back from you, that means the specifications are correct and I start carving your wooden box!
All sales are final. Cancellations are not permitted (after payment has been made and supplies have been ordered). Because all of our items are custom made to order with your specifications, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
There are NO refunds or exchanges on personalized carved items that have been shipped. If you cancel an order before it has been made, you are only entitled to a 75% refund of the item price. This is to cover the cost of the design work already completed. If you cancel the order after the item has been processed, only shipping cost will be refunded.
If damage occurs during shipping, please contact us within 3 days.
