Each FeistyFenn Fibers purchase is packaged with a coordinating ribbon tied in a bow and a product tag detailing the fiber content of the item. (The final photo in the listing is a sample shot of the packaging you will receive with your purchase).
I try to accurately describe the colors and textures of the items in my shop, but please be aware that computer monitors vary in color display. If you have any questions about your purchase, please convo me first. I do not accept returns based on monitor variance.
Each FeistyFenn Fiber item is handmade by a full-time worker by day and a fiber artist by night. Please, allow 5 business days for your item to ship, so I can travel to the Post Office during my work week.
I ship First Class or Priority USPS.
I am not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays caused by the USPS. If you would like insurance on your package, please let me know, and I will send an invoice for the insurance amount.
I accept payment via PayPal. Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase or the item will be re-listed.

I am happy to make a custom yarn or knitted item for you. Convo me to work out the details. I charge $10.00 an hour for the time it takes me to make the item plus the cost of the materials.
