Item details

'Simplicity'

This pattern measures 27" x 14"

This pattern will be hand drawn on ivory linen. I machine-sew all edges and leave at least 4" around pattern for easy hooking. Enclosed is a color photo for reference.

If you are looking at purchasing the wool kit, the price reflects the pattern, all the wool, including the hand-spun that you will need for your sheep, 2 little bells for their necks, and also the additional postage is added into that price. I am very good at keeping in contact and may need a couple extra days to dye your wool. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact me.

This is also available in a punch needle pattern. Here is the link to that listing:

I handle each order individually and as though it were the only one. I value your satisfaction and hope that you will find much enjoyment in hooking this design.

On all patterns on linen, I ship Priority 2 day shipping. Please allow me three business days to fill your order. If I need more time, due to several orders, I will most certainly let you know. It is my goal to have your order shipped as quickly as possible.

Thank you so much for visiting my shop! Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions at all.

Fondly,

Yvonne

A little about me:

I am the mother of five sons and three daughters.(Adults and late teens.) I have three grandchildren. My husband, Neil, and I have been married for 27 years. As long as we have been together, there has been hardly a day that I have not had a project I have been working on. When my children were small, I attended many art and craft shows, sometimes with a couple children in tow. Those are fond memories!
A few years back, while attending a fiber show, I was introduced to rug hooking. On that day, my life changed- the paintbrushes were put away and with determination, I went home to figure out how to hook. I have never looked back. I love the whole idea of 'painting' with fiber. I love the whole process of taking a piece of my imagination and with dyes and wool strips making it come alive on linen. My best days are Tuesdays and Thursdays when I have my music playing and am busy dyeing wool, filling orders and working on ideas.
I come from a very artistic family. My mother, a son and daughter, a sister and two nieces all share the gene of creativity and it is not uncommon for art and color and ideas to be discussed among us.
When I am not hooking rugs, I am most certainly spending time with my children and grandchildren.

Additional policies

NO international orders.

I am sometimes asked if I ship to Canada. I will if your order is $25 or more. The reason is that on International Orders I have to go to my local PO. The line is never less than 15-20 people deep. It takes a considerable amount of time just to mail a package. After sending many $6.50 Canadian orders, I have come to realize, I cannot afford that amount of time. It's that simple! :) But on an order over $25, I will do it.
