Item details

Published in 1930 this simple beret and scarf set uses both crochet and knitting skills.

The beret or "tam o' shanter is crocheted in Anchor iridescent cotton, and the scarf to match is knitted.
The scarf has a moss stitch border.

Little information was given in the early 20's and 30's so although a simple pattern some skill may be needed to achieve the correct sizes.

NOTE: This pattern and many others can be found published in my e-book " An invitation to crochet 1930's hats", which can be located in my Etsy store if you wish to select a number of 1930's crochet hat and accessory patterns as this may be preferable.

The pattern is delivered to you as an instant download in a pdf format to ensure fast delivery to allow you to start your crochet.

I have included a free crochet and knitting conversion chart should you need help to re-size the hooks etc and determine the size of thread.
