Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within one-three business days. Tracking and confirmation numbers are always provided. I have had a hard time getting exact prices on shipments, if you are overcharged any extra for shipping I will credit you back as soon as your pottery is shipped. Overseas customers, please convo me for a shipping quote. I package my work very well, If an order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and take a photo of the damaged piece with the packaging and send it to me via e-mail. In the event of a damaged or lost item, the Buyer will receive a refund or replacement item AFTER they provide any and all documentation required by the insurance company. This may require sending a photo of the damaged item and/or signing an affidavit confirming the damage or loss. Lost items in US: Your tracking number must show your item was never delivered. Insurance will not cover lost items if the tracking number shows it was delivered. If your order is missing from theft I cannot replace it, it is not my fault, you will need to file a claim with your post office in the event that it may be found and returned to you.

My main concern is your happiness with my items. If for any reason you are not happy please let me know right away so we can work out a solution. Refund request must be made within 3 days of receipt of your item.I am open for you to return the item in its original condition within 10 days and I'll refund your money. I can't however, refund shipping costs.
