RETURNS Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, if you are not satisfied with the products received, we will be happy to exchange most items, less shipping costs, within the next 15 days of delivery.
There are a number of items that cannot be exchanged, detailed below.
To Return your item you must:
1- E-mail us at: email@example.com. Include a short description of the problem with the item, as well as the order and item number.
2- In order for your return to be approved, the item must be in its original condition, and cannot be damaged in any way. Once approved you will receive a Return Authorization Code.
3- Box and send the items with: your name, a copy of the original invoice, and the Authorization Code.
Please note that you will receive a refund for the returned items, but not for the shipping costs.
Items that cannot be returned:
1-Strands that have been broken up.
2-Items on sale.
3-Items sold by foot or by yard that have been cut. (Please note that fabrics are not returnable)
