Normal shipping method for International locations is United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Service. We do not provide insurance or tracking information.
Effective January 17th 2012, we will no longer be responsible for lost items during transit. We will provide documentation that the order has shipped and we will no longer process any claims for liability.
Please convo me if you would like to purchase insurance for your goods before you place the order. All orders receive without special note will be shipped without insurance and buyer is solely responsible for lost items during international transit.
Once we receive the order confirmation we will assume buyer has acknowledged this policy.
All customs / reserved listings must be purchased within 48 hours after we create the listing. If we haven't received confirmation after that period, the listing will be automatically removed and we can't guarantee the availability of the items.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
It is my goal to provide excellent customer service and total customer satisfaction. If you purchase any item(s) from my shop that don't meet your expectations, please feel free to convo me for resolution. In general I will provide exchange and refund to assure that you satisfy with your overall experience in my shop.
In order to get credit, the item(s) must be received in its original condition and packaging. Any damaged and imperfection to the item(s) may result in partial refund (up to 50% of its original price). All credit is subject to 20% restocking and PayPal fee.
NOTE: the original shipping charges and return merchandise postage will not be refunded. All refund and credit will only apply to merchandise.
No refund is offered past 7 days of delivery time or any custom request items (including addition of pins to the flowers).
If you need to cancel "PAID" order, please convo me within 2 hours of order submission and it is subject to 10% processing fee. If you need to cancel the order after 2 hours of order submission, we may be able to stop your order processing but the 10% processing fee charge will still apply. Once your order is dispatched, you are responsible for return postage and all refund is subject to 20% restocking fee.
