Orders shipped within the United States are shipped United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Insurance through the USPS is included in shipping cost. Upon request, I am happy to provide you with the USPS tracking number for your package once shipped. All orders require signature confirmation.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you have a concern with an item, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. We can discuss replacement options or refunds. Shipping will not be refunded. If a refund is decided upon, I will need to receive the item within 7 days. Refund will be given upon time I receive undamaged item. All refunds are determined on an item by item basis.
