These are our 1 inch leather diffuser pads and they are are perfect for most of our locket diffuser necklaces. Each pad measures 1 inch across.

Oils will typically continue to diffuse for a few days before needing to reapply. This listing includes 12 leather pads.

Necklaces are NOT included in this listing, nor are the oils you see. This listing is ONLY for the leather diffuser refill pads.

All of our necklaces ship first class which takes about 3-5 business days once we ship. We try our best to ship all of our necklace diffusers within 24-48 hours M-F. If you need your necklace quicker - please upgrade to priority shipping, which takes about 2-3 business days for shipping in the US.

All of our tutus are considered custom orders. We make each tutu to order and also guarantee they are made in a smoke free and pet free studio. Once it leaves our studio and enters someone's home - we can not guarantee that it has remained in a smoke/pet free condition. This is why we do not exchange/refund tutus. Please make sure to read our sizing info in each description prior to ordering. Custom character tutus and adult tutus are non refundable. Please double check your sizing and be clear in your ordering with these items.

We provide care instructions with our products. If for some reason your instructions are missing - please message us - we can always email them to you.

Unfortunately because we cut our decorations when they are ordered and we do not carry stock of these items - they can not be refunded or exchanged. Please make sure you check out our color chart prior to ordering.

Most of our listings have a current production time listed. This does not include shipping time. Please note that because our work load varies and we have 4 children that occasionally need more of our attention than normal- our production time may change from time to time. Our production time also varies during busy seasons. Make sure to read our shop announcements for any changes in production time. If you have a deadline - ALWAYS note when you need the product.

Our straws are considered a food safe product and for hygiene reasons are not refundable or exchangeable.

Several of our products are customizable. Simply message us about the product(s) you are interested in and we will let you know if we can make it happen for you.

When you add more than one product to your cart, the shipping should adjust based on the total weight of all of the products, the package size and the location we are shipping to. If for some reason shipping is over charged - we always refund shipping overages!! We do not want to make money on shipping - our goal is to get your order to you timely, safely, and at the lowest cost possible.

We do accept Returns on a few items. You will need to contact us first. We do have a 10% restocking fee for products.

We know that stinks! Unfortunately, we can not control the USPS or the delivery portion of your order and can not be responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during shipping orders. You would need to contact your local post master. Priority mail does come with a limited amount of insurance so if your package is lost or damaged in shipping you can file a claim with the USPS.
