All orders are sent via the United States Postal Service. Tags are sent 1st class mail, insurance is not included in the shipping cost, please contact me if you need insurance or want a different method of shipping.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All sales are final and no refunds will be given on place cards, table cards or any custom or personalized items.
Returns must be approved first before sending anything back. You need to contact me within 3 days of receiving the order and items must arrive back to me within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refundable.
