Standard Return Policy

Our return policy is 60 day money back guarantee from the date of shipment.

You may return the item provided it is new, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You will note that a re-stocking fee may apply. Items not returned in new, unused, unopened condition may be subject to an additional restocking fee.

A copy of the original packing slip must accompany all returns. Credits and Replacements will be processed within 2-7 days from the time the return is received.

This allows us the proper time to both inspect the item returned and to issue either a replacement or refund appropriately. A notification will be sent confirming the status or your replacement or refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

All refunds will be sent via the original payment method used.

Damaged Items

Any item that is damaged during transit must be reported within 2 days of receipt of the order. This enables us to process the appropriate freight claim and issue you either a replacement or refund.

Our policy does not honor items that have been misused, modified, repaired or abused.
