Refunds include the cost of the item and the cost of the original shipping; buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items damaged or broken during shipping are handled differently. Buyers can opt for a refund or, depending on availability, a replacement at no additional cost. We require a picture of the damaged or broken items for a refund to be issued. If you have purchased dinnerware that has been damaged we ask that you destroy it because of health and safety concerns.
