Current production time is 3-7 days. We ship packages 2-3 times a week. All US and International packages are transported across the border for direct shipment via USPS.
US orders: *All US orders are shipped 1st Class mail. - arrival in about 5 days from date of sending. Tracking is provided.
*You can select to upgrade to Priority. - arrival in about 2-3 days from date of sending. Tracking is provided.
Canada: *All Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post - arrival in 1+weeks from date of sending. Tracking is not available.
*You can select to upgrade to Expedited - arrival 2-3 days from date of sending. Please note due to the location of some destinations this can be up to 5 days. Tracking will be provided.
International: All International orders (not US and Canada) are shipped USPS. Orders are provided tracking. Arrival 2-3+ Weeks from date of sending, depending on location.
Upgrading your shipping to a faster option, does not decrease the production time. I do not charge extra to produce your item faster. If you require rushed shipment please contact me via Etsy Conversation, I will do my best to accommodate.
Upon purchasing an item, please follow the Etsy prompts in order to transmit payment via PayPal or Direct Checkout. If you do not have a PayPal account you will still be able to pay using a credit card, following the same instructions.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
