Our research indicates that the copyright restrictions for this pattern expired long ago and were not renewed, making it in public domain. This pattern was published without copyright notice in 1951 and entered public domain in 1979. Effie has hand traced this old apron pattern ~ no need to mess with graph paper and enlarge to size. This full size pattern has been printed on a large sheet of paper. This pattern features the great look of the 1950s. Size is listed as size Medium ~ Bust 34-36. This pattern features scalloped hemline and princess styling typical of the 1940s and 50s. The bib apron calls for for 1 1/8 yard of fabric or 1 98 pound Feedsack (normally 38 by 42 or so). Can't you just see June Cleaver of Leave It To Beaver wearing this apron? My original pattern came with an embroidery transfer that you could hand embroider in the center front skirt panel. I have NOT included that with this reprint. Complete instructions and layout are included for creating the full size bib apron and the skirt apron.
