Shipping & policies
We do combine S&H charges whenever possible.
USPS Priority or Express Shipping, and Insurance, are available on most items, if you require it, just ask us for a quote and make sure to include your location (zip code will do).
Also: We do ship Internationally, to most countries, for a minimum order of $30 (USD) or more. Just send your country and postal code info with your request and we will adjust the shipping for your location. We do not currently ship to Mexico.
We take no responsibility for items lost or damaged during shipping, unless you have had us insure it. We are happy to provide insurance for ANY item; just ask and we will give you a quote.
WE RECYCLE AS MUCH PACKAGING MATERIAL AS POSSIBLE.
We package nicely so that you don't need to, and we ship really fast. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Of course we do combine shipping on multiple purchases paid for at the same time, but please let us know before you pay, as it is much easier to combine invoices before payment is made, and you won't have to wait for a Pay Pal refund : )

Returns & exchanges
We do not normally offer refunds or returns unless the order in question has been grossly misrepresented, or if we accidently send you the wrong order.
If we have shipped the wrong order to you, we will refund the cost of S&H both directions.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have, before you purchase. If you wish additional photos or information, please ask before you make the commitment to purchase.
All sales are final, unless the item is grossly misrepresented by us. This does not include any lousy spelling and/or obvious type O's (and please let us know if you find one). We take great pains to accurately describe & photograph each piece, so this should not be an issue.

We intentionally do not clean vintage items, polish the silver, remove pencil marks, or wash lace and vintage linens; we leave that to the particular taste of each buyer. If there are issues with any item, we try to describe and/or photograph them as best we can.
If you are looking for anything in particular, we are happy to alert you when and if we come across the item, even when we see it in another shop. We see you as our customer, even before you purchase from us, and will always treat you with the utmost courtesy and consideration.
Honestly really is the best policy, so if we don't know specific information on a particular item (the age, fiber content, or origin etc.), we will always try to make that clear in our listings, and/or when you ask.
