Shipping is automatically combined if you add more than one item to your shopping cart. The total shipping cost is based on weight and destination. We use USPS for all of our shipping needs. Place your order by 12pm (Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) and we will ship the same day. We ship pretty much anywhere in the world. We process orders fast! So we aren't able to cancel your order after you check out. And we can't combine your orders after you check out. If you want one shipping rate, just check out with ALL items at one time. Multiple orders will be charged multiple shipping fees and will be shipped separately.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Shipping addresses are imported to our shipping software exactly as listed on your Etsy receipt. If you provide the wrong shipping address at checkout please contact us immediately so we can correct your order. We are NOT responsible for items lost or undelivered due to the wrong shipping address being submitted with your order.

Once a printing label is printed, it is too late to change your address and the item will be shipped to the address on the shipping label. If you cannot retrieve your product, you will have to order again.

PROCESSING TIME:
Most orders ship same day (if received by 12 noon EST) or next day. In the event I am out of stock, I will notify you with the estimated shipping time. Everything ships from Waynesville, Ohio (United States) via USPS only. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout and calculated to your address. Please account for the processing time before items are shipped.

USA SHIPPING:
Please allow 3-7+ days for your order to arrive once mailed. Most orders are shipped via First Class Mail with tracking. This is an estimate only and not guaranteed.

FIRST CLASS MAIL: First Class Mail averages 3 to 7+ business days for delivery, not guaranteed. Only packages weighing 13 oz or less qualify for first class shipping in the US.

PRIORITY MAIL: Priority mail averages 2-3 business days, not guaranteed.

PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS: 1-2 business days guaranteed. If you need this service, you must order by noon EST to ship the next business day for ready to ship items.

PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL: Priority mail averages 6-10 business days, estimate only. USPS does not provide guaranteed delivery dates for this shipping service. Tracking is provided, however we cannot guarantee packages will be scanned after leaving the USA. Packages weighing over 4 pounds will ship via Priority mail due to USPS regulations.

PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL: Express mail averages 3-5 days, guaranteed to select countries only. If you need this service, you must order by noon EST to ship the next business day for ready to ship items.

NOTE: The following countries have guaranteed delivery dates with Express mail: Great Britain, North Ireland, Australia, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Singapore and Spain.

Additional taxes and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and understand their country’s importing regulations. Under the law all packages are marked as “MERCHANDISE” with the appropriate value.

TRACKING (USA only):
Once your order ships tracking will be emailed to you. In most cases you can also view your tracking number in your account here on Etsy. Go to the "purchases" section of your account and when you click on your invoice at the bottom it may have your tracking number listed. Tracking can take 24 hours to update and it not guaranteed to be scanned every step of the way.

We do not have access to any further tracking information other than what is provided on www.usps.com. If your package shows "delivered" and you don't have it please check with others in your home, neighbors or call your local post office. We are not responsible if your tracking number says "delivered" and you say you do not have the package. Orders marked “delivered” cannot be refunded or reshipped and require a full investigation by the United States Post Service.

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING (outside USA only):
Tracking is not guaranteed but it may be scanned after the package leaves the United States. Delivery times on international mail are not guaranteed due to customs processing.

COMBINE SHIPPING:
Shipping is automatically combined when you add more than one item from our shop to your shopping cart. Shipping is calculated by the weight of the package and distance it must travel. To see your shipping charges add the items you want to your shopping cart and you can view the cost of shipping from there. If we are able to ship your package for less than you paid, we will give you a partial shipping refund.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFO:
We charge for shipping AND handling to cover the actual cost of shipping, packaging and other related fees. Items ship in boxes or bubble mailers depending on what is being ordered.

USA ORDERS ONLY:
On large orders containing multiple heavy items we will try to take advantage of USPS flat-rate shipping boxes and offer partial shipping refunds if possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside the USA): Please allow 2-6+ weeks for delivery, estimate only. There are no guaranteed delivery dates on international orders. Additional taxes & import fees are the customer’s responsibility. See our shop polices for more details.

WRONG OR MISSING ITEM IN ORDER: Please contact us within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your order if you a missing/incorrect item(s). Any notices sent after that time will be handled on a case by case basis. If more than 30 days has past, we are not able to make any corrections at that time.

USA ORDERS ONLY: We will reship the missing item at our own cost or you may request a refund for that item. You may be asked to ship the incorrect item/order back (at our cost).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside USA only): You will be refunded for the missing/wrong item(s) or you have to option to have it added to your next order. We do not reship incorrect items on orders outside the USA due to the high shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE: We may ask for a photo of the order you received so we can see the error that was made. This is simply for our records since we are not a brick and mortar shop. This also helps us to see if two orders were mixed up so we can contact the other customer.

RETURNED PACKAGES:

• If a package is returned to us for any reason we will contact you. If there was a mistake in the address on our end we will reship your order at no cost to you.

• If it has been returned to us because you listed the wrong address in Etsy or any other reason and you choose to have us resend it then there will be additional shipping charges to reship your order.

• If you ask to cancel your order and it already has been shipped you will not be able to get a refund.

LOST PACKAGE: Please note that the USPS does not consider a package “lost” until it has spent at least 30 days in transit here in the US or 45 days in transit if it was shipped internationally. If you think your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us right away and we will do our best to try and locate it and file a lost package claim through the USPS if necessary.

If your package shows "delivered" and you don't have it please check with others in your home, neighbors or call your local post office. We are not responsible if your tracking number says "delivered" and you say you do not have the package. Orders marked “delivered” cannot be refunded or reshipped and requires a full investigation by the United States Post Service or your local police department if the package has been stolen.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I've built my reputation on Quality products and Happy Customers, however, if you are not happy with an item, please let me know! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, you may return your item for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping.

We DO NOT offer refunds on orders that are delayed in shipping. We recommend ordering well in advance of when you need items as we have no control over delivery time frames with the USPS.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND CUSTOM LISTINGS:
Please read your custom listing carefully before purchasing. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items for custom listings. Custom orders may not be canceled once processing has begun. If you decide to cancel your order you must notify us immediately. Since it is not an automated service we will cancel and refund your order only if the shipping label has not been processed. Custom orders may not be canceled once processing has begun.

Additional policies

CUSTOM LISTINGS:
Custom listings may be set up if you are ordering in bulk. We do not offer custom listings on small quantities of our items. The minimum order for each product is what you see listed in the shop.

If you cannot find the amount you need please contact us with a link to the exact item(s) you need, your location and date needed. Due to the cost to set up custom listings you must be ready to purchase them within 24 hours of us setting it up.

If you want to purchase many items in the shop simply add them all to your cart and shipping will be combined for you. A custom listing is not necessary for this. Please read the shipping section of our shop policies to find out how shipping charges are calculated.

COUPON CODES:
The coupon code is only valid if entered in the "Coupon Code" box at checkout and cannot be used on past purchases. If it is not added at checkout in the proper section the discount will not be taken off your order.
