**Please allow 3-5 days for us to process your order**
~Our products are handmade to order, so it may take up to 1 week before your purchase is shipped out (not including time for delivery)

~All orders are shipped thorugh USPS 1st Class and take between 3-5 days to arrive after shipment.
~If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Priority Mail Express (1 day arrival), please let us know!

~All packages are shipped through USPS 1st Class International and take between 10-30 days to arrive after shipment.
~If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please let us know! Upgrade options are: Priority Mail (6-10 business days) or Priority Mail Express (3-5 business days).

**Arrival times are not guaranteed and can be delayed by various circumstances outside of our control**

~Buyer is responsible for any and all customs charges.
~If a package is returned to us because of unpaid custom and tax fees, the buyer is required to pay shipping for reshipment. If the buyer does not wish for the package to be reshipped, we will refund the cost of the item.

UK Customers:
~All packages over £15 (for VAT) and over £135 (for Import duty) going into the UK, are subject to be taxed.
~We cannot predict when Customs decides to levy tax on a package.
~If your tracking is stagnant for longer than 1 week after reaching the UK, we highly suggest contacting Royal Mail for further information and checking with your local post office to see if it is being held for tax fees.
~We are not responsible for any packages returned for unpaid tax fees.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
~ If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

~ The item(s) must be in their original (undamaged and unaltered) condition in order for you to qualify for a refund or an exchange.

~ We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom made items. Custom made items include: custom requested designs, additional front engraving, and additional back engraving. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that their design(s) and additional engravings have been made to their satisfaction before shipment.

~ Refunds are given for the cost of the item, not including shipping.

~ The Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

~ If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours. A replacement will be shipped to you within 5 days.

~ If the item is broken or incorrect, please take a clear picture of the both the item and the package and send your pictures to us by email or through an Etsy conversation.
