Processing Times: Most decal orders take 5-10 business days to be processed. This DOES NOT include shipping time. See below for shipping details. Processing time varies on non-decal orders.
YOUR Shipping Address: Please make sure the address you have listed with Etsy is correct. I use Etsy shipping labels and the address you have listed on your receipt is where it will be shipped to. I will not be responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. If an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address, it will be at the expense of the buyer.
Expedited Processing: If you need an item shipped sooner than my normal processing time, please message me before placing your order. There is a rush fee for this service. Due to the volume of orders received daily, I cannot check all orders as they come in, so I may not see your notes to me in time. It's very important that you let me know ahead of time.
Once your order is placed, there is a VERY limited time that you can cancel your order! Once I have begun processing your order you CAN NOT cancel it for any reason!

Returns & exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom items unless the error is the shop's fault due to misspelled monograms, names, or colors etc.There are also no refunds due to sizing issues. All of the items in my shop are completely customized so they can not be exchanged, returned or refunded unless the error is the shop's fault.
**If you list your initials in the wrong order in your order I cannot be responsible for your mistake. I request in all my listings for the initials to be listed as they will appear on your decal (FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE).
Once your order is placed, I cannot cancel it for any reason. Since all my items are custom, I go ahead and start processing them.
*If there was a problem with your monogram such as it was damaged during shipment or it was received incorrect, please contact me within 3 business days. I will send you another monogram if it was in fact my error with photographic proof of the error. The photo must be of the item, unused and with the transfer tape still on it. If you have thrown it away, or cannot find it, I will not send a replacement without a photo of the damage or incorrect item.
When will my order ship? You can get this info from your Etsy account. Go to my account, purchases and reviews and it will list all of your purchases. Find your order from Allison's Vinyl Designs and click view receipt. The ship date is in the top right. You can also track your package.
How do I track my package? For the most updated tracking information you can copy & paste your tracking number into Google and click the USPS link. This will show you the most up to date tracking info. Please note that sometimes there can be a delay for tracking updates to show, this is normal.
