Approximate shipping times as per Canada Post are as follows:
Canada: Regular Parcel: 2 to 6 business days
USA : 4 to 10 business days
Everywhere else: Please contact me for an ETA as it will vary
To save money for my customers I normally ship all parcels/packages via REGULAR POST- NO waybill tracking number via Canada Post however your purchase(s) can be expedited for an additional fee. Please send me a message and we can further discuss rates etc.
If an address does not accept / pick up a package and the order is shipped back to me, a buyer covers repeat shipping costs.
I will ship items to the address found on your Etsy account so please ensure that the address is up to date.
I am not responsible for any items not received due to incorrect address or delays due to custom clearing. Sometimes packages/parcels arrive late due to these reasons and others. Please know that the shipment times are stated by the courier Canada Post and sometimes can take a little longer.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Please Note: Some countries charges recipient duties and taxes on their shipments and therefore these are possible charges that the buyer may incur. Please verify with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs are prior to purchase. Occasionally packages can be delayed while clearing customs in the destination country.
I appreciate payment via Paypal, credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and other international payment methods where available.. Please note that sometimes PayPal considers certain payments "eChecks" and will hold the payment for 5-7 days. I will ship once the payment has cleared.
If you have purchased an item from my shop and I have not received payment within 3 days and you have not responded to my emails to explain your delay, then I will cancel the sale with Etsy.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I am so sorry but there is no refunds or exchanges on cut ribbons, trims or sale items.
Refunds (If applicable) Once returns are received and inspected, I send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item(s). I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then I will issue a refund it the original method of payment. All returns must be received within 30 days of date of order and in its original condition Buyers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. NOTE* All Custom orders are non refundable
