All packages will be shipped with in 1 to 3 days first class U.S. Postal Service with tracking. First class shipping is a 2-14 day delivery with in the U.S. and longer when shipped out of the U.S. ***Insurance is advised and can be added for an added cost***.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your order is shipped, I am NOT responsible for Delayed, Lost, Damaged packages or Custom Fees. We are not responsible for any fees assessed once your package crosses into your country. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Once your items are received and If you're not thrilled with your purchase, please email me to coordinate an exchange before leaving feedback to give me a chance to make you happy with your purchase. I'll need to receive your item back within 7 days of your receipt. For any reason, a return should be sent back unaltered in it's original packaging and you will be responsible for the postage and fees both ways unless it's the fault of MarySupplies.
