HOW TO ORDER:
When you check out please do the following:
Place important wording/content in "notes to seller" section, such as
• Consultant Name
• Title (independent consultant, senior consultant, director, etc)
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Consultant Website Address
• Your email address to send the final files
I will send you a proof in 1 - 3 business days. (Although I work on weekends sometimes)
After the proof is approved, I will send the high resolution/300 dpi file in 2 formats, one in RGB Jpg, the other in CYMK PDF (that will contain 4 postcards on one page) to your email. (You WILL Need Adobe Acrobat Reader to download the PDF)
You then can print at home, send/take to any photo lab in your local area or upload the Jpg to a printer such as Vistaprint. Print as many copies as you like, however, you may not redistribute in any other way than personal use.
Please note that actual printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your computer monitor.

All printable invitation and card designs are digital - so there are no shipping fees! All files will be sent to you by email account linked to your Etsy account.

I send all digital files within the current turnaround time after your payment is received, so if you haven't received your file in your inbox, check your spam folder and the e-mail your Etsy and/or PayPal address is connected to before contacting me.
Returns & exchanges
DIGITAL ITEMS: All sales are final and no refunds will be given once design work has started. If changes to an item need to be made you must respond to the email I send you with your item within 5 business days, if you do not respond within 5 business days you forfeit an work done and must purchase the item again.
DESIGN APPROVAL: It is the Buyer's responsibilty to proofread and approve the content and the design of personalized/custom orders. Anytime you upload files to a commercial printer, be sure that all the text is located in the “Safe Zone” and that the design bleeds all the way to the edge of the template on the printer’s website. Butterscotch Designs is not financially responsible or accountable for any errors to the content or design that may have been overlooked during the approval process.
CUSTOM MADE OR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE. It can sometimes be difficult to know exactly what someone wants when it comes to custom-built items. Through conversations prior to the sale, we will make every effort to ensure your custom made item is built to your specifications. If you have any issues with your item after it arrives, please contact the shop owner. I will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
All invitations and consultant items are DIGITAL FILES (.jpeg). They do NOT include printing services.
With your digital purchase, I am granting you the right to print my design. However, the rights of the design are still that of Butterscotch Designs and you may not claim the design as your own.
All digital downloads are not one of a kind and will likely be resold.
