*We recommend applying a TOP COAT to your manicure to both make it LAST longer and make the finish smooth and glass-like. All manufacturer's glitter polishes will have some texture to them, so it is important to get a good top coat on those.
*NOTE apply THIN layers of TOP COAT rather than one thick layer. This also helps your Nails last longer since thinner layers reduce the likelihood of chipping.
*Glitter polishes are also known for being difficult to remove, try soaking your nails in remover after you've gotten the top layers off.

Caring for your jewelry
Everything that you buy, including my jewelry, has a shelf life. Hand Symphony Jewelry should be stored and cared for properly to ensure you get many years of wear. To prolong the life of your piece, please read each section below.
STORING YOUR JEWELRY
I recommend storing your jewelry in little plastic baggies-- many of my items will come in a plastic baggy. If not, get some from Michael's Craft Store or raid your stash of sandwich baggies from the kitchen. Keep your jewelry away from sunlight and avoid wet or humid conditions while wearing, storing or displaying your jewelry.
WEARING YOUR JEWELRY
Keep your skin as oil free as possible (I practice strategic lotion placement) and go easy on the perfume. Environmental factors may also accelerate tarnishing-- such as humidity levels and the amount of sulfur or other chemicals in the air. Examples of accelerated tarnishing environments include: heated rooms such as yoga class or saunas, tanning salons, locker rooms, indoor pools, beaches, and places with humid environments. The key is to remain mindful of the jewelry you are wearing, wear it sparingly (take it off at night or before you get into water and keep appropriate cleaning methods close by.
CLEANING YOUR JEWELRY
Be sure to research the best way to clean your jewelry before you dunk that pearl necklace in a jar of tarnish remover or try to polish your gold pieces with a cloth meant for sterling silver. Anti- tarnish strips and liquid tarnish are available at most jewelry stores and online.
♥ Communication Policy
Hand Symphony practices timely, fact-specific communication. The best way to get what you want is to do the same.
Order the wrong item from the drop down menu? It happens. It is your responsibility to double check your order preferences before purchasing.
♥ Skin sensitivities
The jewelry I sell is considered to be a starting point for your consumer needs. Purchases of Hand Symphony jewelry are at your own risk. I cannot be responsible for any reactions your skin has to certain metals or other materials-- only you know the best fit for your body and skin. If you have skin sensitivities, I am happy to help you find what works best for you. Please note this action is considered a custom order and appropriate fees will apply. You may start with what I sell to see if it's a good fit for you. I wear much of my jewelry myself and have not had any issues. I cannot claim that my materials are 100% safe for your skin type, however, they seem to work out okay for a majority of my customers.
Thanks for reading through my policies! If you feel I've left anything out, message me before you complain/review/exchange. You never know how things could be made right.
