I ship via USPS First Class for domestic and international orders, unless you the customer chooses to upgrade your shipping to: Priority Mail (US only)
I provide tracking numbers on all U.S. orders
International shipments receive a customs number only. This is not an actual tracking number, although you can see each time the envelope is scanned.
Please keep in mind that some patterns are quite heavy and do cost a bit more to ship as the additional item. All shipping costs are listed in your cart before you checkout.
I can add insurance for the amount of the order on US orders only . Please contact me ahead of time so I can make adjustments in the shipping costs.
All duties and or import charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Please keep in mind you are purchasing a sewing pattern and not a finished garment
I accept Credit cards through Etsy Etsy Gift Cards Paypal Money orders U. S. customers only If you choose to pay by money order please convo when it has been mailed
I do collect sales tax for the state of Washington only.
I will make every attempt to contact the purchaser via email and Etsy's convo system before ever canceling an order.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
I check all of my patterns for completeness and note within the order if any pieces are missing, the condition of the pattern, the size and the condition of the envelope. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase due to a misrepresentation, please contact via Etsy's convo system. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I am willing to work out either credit or a refund. Again if you are happy I am happy.
