For every order - we offer our customers a wide range of shades of colours for you to choose from.

If you have already purchased an item and would like actual yarn samples for that order - we will send you one sample card free of charge.

If you would like additional cards or if you have not yet purchased a listing - you will need to purchase this sample card.

You will receive a 6" piece of yarn in each colour that you choose (up to 10 choices) mailed directly to you.

Upon checkout - please send us your preferred address and we will get it into the mail within 1-2 business days.

We offer FREE gift wrapping for all items purchased! Please let us know of any specific colour(s) or theme that you are looking for and we will do our best to accommodate. We will also tuck in a blank card or tag for you with the gift!

I will not refund an order that has been placed and is waiting to be made. If you cannot wait for the order, please do not order the item. We suggest that you send us a conversation if you are working against a tight deadline, keeping in mind that I have zero control over Canada Post's shipping times and the time your item takes to clear customs.

Five or more items in an order (they do not have to be the same item) receive a 20% discount. Please send us a conversation to set up a custom listing.

Custom orders are ALWAYS accepted! Please send us a conversation to chat about what you had in mind and if your project is possible! There are a multitude of other projects and designs that are not pictured.

Time to complete your item will vary depending on the size and complexity of your project, as well as its place in the queue with other orders. Please send us a conversation for an approximate timeline, especially if you are working under a tight deadline.

We knit all items in the order in which they are purchased. Within 24 hours of purchasing an item, you will receive a conversation outlining your exact place in the queue and an approximate time as to when we hope to start your order, as well as, any clarifying questions that will speed up the production of your order. This will be followed up with a conversation when we start on the order before yours, as well as, another conversation when we start on your order, just in case you want to make any changes, but also to be completely transparent with you.

As noted above, all items are knit in the order in which they are purchased. If you do need an item by a specific date - please put that clearly in the "Notes to Seller" and we will try our best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that shipping times are not factored into our production times. We also do not believe that it is fair to the other customers that have purchased their items to suit their timeline, which is why we do not have a "rush order fee" available for purchase.

We strongly believe in giving back, especially to those less fortunate or those who are unfortunately afflicted with illness. With that in mind, a portion of all profits (10-50% depending on cost of yarn) of each item are donated to the causes outlined in each listing. So far, we have raised over $1500 for various causes since November 2011!

Basic care instructions for each of your knitted item(s) are included with every item. These are based on the manufacturer's recommendations for each type of yarn used. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any damage caused by the upkeep of your custom knitted item. Please contact us if you have any questions.
