CANADIAN and INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: I ship by standard mail (Canada Post - light packet) to keep shipping costs down. This method DOES NOT include a tracking number or insurance. Unless I am low on stock, in most cases items are shipped out within 24 hours of payment and up to a maximum of 3 business days after payment has cleared. You may also choose Expedited mail at checkout if you need it a little faster.
U.S. CUSTOMERS: I ship twice a week using the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). This means you get your package faster than shipping with Canada Post and packages have a TRACKING NUMBER (for within US only)! Shipping times will be USPS shipping time + 1 day. Packages will be dropped off at the U.S. border every Monday and Thursday. Therefore, please allow 1 - 4 days of lead time before shipping. Cut-off will be 12 noon (EST) prior to the day of shipment.
TRANSIT TIMES: Within Ontario - 4 to 5 business days Rest of Canada - 5 to 6 business days U.S. - 3 to 4 business days International - 8 to 15 business days (this depends on customs!)
PLEASE NOTE: I give the mail service 3 weeks for North American delivery & 6 weeks for International delivery before moving forward on any issues with non delivery. Once shipped, things are no longer in my hands so shipping times may vary. Thank you for your understanding!
I ship to your Etsy address (not PayPal) so please make sure it is correct and "safe" to receive items.
All items will be safely wrapped in their own non-tarnish bags before going into a padded envelope.
Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be VERY unpredictable and Expedited Upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times! Convo me prior to ordering for more details.

Items considered Final Sale are: - custom orders, such as engraving work; - anything cut, such as wire or chains; and, - sale items.
For all other items, exchanges (or refunds via PayPal) are possible, minus the original Shipping & Handling and any potential Customs Charges, Duties, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees incurred. Buyer is responsible for contacting me and sending back unused items in original packaging in a padded envelope within 1 week of receipt. Once I receive it back I will ship out your exchange item(s) within 3 post office days.
If an item is out of stock - I will let you know ASAP and refund you via PayPal for the item.
