I am so pleased to offer wool in batting* form for all of you who would rather felt or spin with a textured type of wool. This is 100% wool fleece which is in batting form. It has multiple shades and tones that will add depth to all of your fiber art projects--great for wet felting and needle felting! It is beautiful, fluffy and full of lovely variegated fun!
This listing is for 1 ounce of Raspberry which is a bright rosy pink with touches of lighter pink and red. It is a wonderful semi-solid shade. The lemon gives you some idea of the size of 1 ounce of the batts and the last picture shows some of the 'purple/plum/pink' shades together (Iris, Garnet, Aster, Violet and Raspberry).
What is the difference between batting and roving? Roving has been pulled along through machines to align the fibers to go in one direction and to smooth it--it is more in 'rope' form. Batting is carded on a carding machine and is pulled off in sheet form which produces a fluffy, lofty textured wool. Either of these is great to use for felting or spinning and will produce very different finishes to your designs.

All the items listed are ready to ship unless we have discussed a customized creation. Getting your new purchase to you promptly is a priority of mine. I make every effort to mail your order out by the next business day (and depending on the ordering timeframe, the same day it was ordered). I mail packages to most other countries and use the most economical postage available. Any customs fees, tariffs or taxes that your country charges are the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller. Any overseas packages are always marked as merchandise and can not be marked as a 'gift' to avoid your tariffs and fees.
Curly Furr felted creations accepts payment through Paypal, Direct Checkout (Etsy), money orders and e-checks.. Please note that e-checks take from 3 - 5 days to process. If you pay with e-check or money orders, your package will ship when the payment has been cleared by the bank.

I love doing custom orders and they are always welcome! Payment will be required before the piece is created and I will send you digitals of the final creation to make sure that it meets your satisfaction before mailing. Your satisfaction is always my first priority!
