Item details

These are appliques I made for the use of hat designers, or to be worn as hair ornaments. They are graceful leaves made of machine embroidered fabric (stiffened and stabilized with a clear flexible coating on the back to keep the edges from unraveling). They are enhanced with veins of metallic gold & silver embroidery thread.

The larger leaf measures 1 3/4" (4.5 cm) x 4" (10.2 cm). The smaller one measures 1 1/4" (3.2 cm) x 2 7/8" (7.3 cm). Please let me know if you have an idea for a custom piece I could make for you.
