Occasionally there may be a delay by the shipping courier that is beyond our control. If you have not received your order within 5 business days, please contact us and we will send an inquiry to the shipping courier and let you know when you can expect your decorative knobs, handles and pulls to be delivered.
We start processing your order as soon as you place it in order to get it to you as soon as possible; therefore we are not able to add items to your order. If you forgot to add something to your order please go back to our Etsy store and make a separate purchase. This will incur no extra Shipping charge
Unfortunately, you cannot change your order after you place it. We process orders very quickly in order to get them to you as fast as possible. If you changed your mind about an item after you ordered it, you can return the item once you receive it. Shipping in both directions will not be refunded.
