We are striving to ship all the products within the period of time mentioned in item descriptions. Please note that we do not take into account weekends and USA holidays.

=> We ship all USA purchases with First Class USPS mail with tracking number. If you wish to buy insurance, please contact us prior to purchasing.
=> Please make sure your Etsy and PayPal shipping address are updated and are correct.
Tracking number is not provided for international transactions. Shipping receipt and custom form will be used as proof of shipping.
=> If you wish to have tracking number, you need to opt for Registered or Express shipping, please contact us for quote.
=> If you purchase without tracking number, we WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for lost or late items.
=> All customs fees, VAT, TVA and other charges need to be paid by the customer. We can not be responsible for those charges and we will not refund these money.
We can accommodate rush and overnight delivery, please contact us for quote and reserved listing.
=> We WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE to items delivered later than guaranteed by the post office, and WE WILL NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING COST for late deliveries.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
DIYBrideBoutique is NOT responsible for lost items. We provide delivery confirmation or receipt as a proof of shipping, if the item was lost in the transit, we will NOT be responsible for that.
We only ship products of the highest quality, but if you find something that is wrong, you will need to send us a digital photo of the damage before we decide if we can refund the purchase. We can send you parts for repair if possible. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
Should you change your mind or do not like the item anymore , we can accept that you return the item and give you the STORE CREDIT for the price of the product minus 15% for restocking fee and not including the shipping cost. Please note, we offer STORE CREDIT, we will not refund the purchase.
You need to contact us within 2 days after receiving the items. The item should be unused and in the original package.
TRIMS, LACES and RIBBONS: we do not accept returns on cut yardage of trims, laces and ribbons under any circumstances.
COLOR: Please note that colors may appear different on various computer screens. if not sure about the color, please request a swatch before placing an order. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED DUE TO COLOR.
Your order goes into processing as soon as we receive your order or the next morning if we receive it after 6pm PST. If you decide to cancel your order before we ship it, we will refund the price of the purchase minus 15% administrative fee. Shipping cost will be refunded.
