Custom orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment via USPS Priority Mail. Wallhangings are rolled and shipped in a tube mailer and pillows in a flat rate box, all wrapped in plastic. I charge only the actual cost of shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation.
All other (non-custom) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail at the cost included in the item description.
I accept Paypal as payment which is safe for both of us--your credit card or bank information is protected and I never see the account details. If you do not have a Paypal account you can create one with your purchase or simply use you debit or credit card and not create an account on the Paypal site.
Returns & exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the quilt for any reason I will refund your entire payment (less shipping costs) once the quilt is returned to me in the condition I shipped it to you. Returns must be made within ten (10) days of your receipt.
On custom orders I will work on the honor system for payment (without an advance payment) until someone disappoints me. I request that full payment be submitted within seven (7) days of notification that your quilt is completed. I will send updates to keep you informed of my progress.
