I ship using Indian registered post which delivers within 10 -21 days. North America can sometimes take longer. During holiday season,owing to the rush at the post office ,mail can take a month or more to reach so please keep that in mind while making your purchases. Registered post does not have minute to minute electronic tracking and it is non insurable but it is the most economic for international shipping.
If you wish to upgrade to USPS ,Aramex etc (delivery time 7 to 10 working days) or DHL (delivery time 3-4 working days), please convo me. Both USPS and DHL allow me to provide you with a tracking number.
I would like to ship promptly and therefore request prompt payment. Any inordinate delay might result in cancellation of the order. I Currently accept payments via PayPal ,which accepts all major credit cards.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I always plan to send the item in the best of physical condition and take utmost care in packing it, therefore a situation where refund is expected due to poor product quality, should not arise. However if such a situation occurs any refund will only be made after the item is returned in its original condition.
All shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and only the item cost will be refunded.
Please note that I will not be responsible for any customer remorse after purchase of an item It is upto the customer to make an informed decision about the purchase. Please feel free to ask me any number of questions about the item before you purchase it. All sales are final and I do not accept cancellations
Also, no refund or exchange will be given on custom made items ordered from my shop.
