Items are shipped within 7 - 10 business days. This does not include weekends and holidays. Each item is packaged with care. Please understand that I am a full time 3rd grade teacher, wife and mother to two young and amazing children. I get orders out as soon as possible and usually before the 7 business day mark but sometimes life happens and it might be closer to the 10 business day mark. Thank you for understanding.
All decals are shipped regular USPS Mail unless upgraded to 2 Day Priority Mail. Spikers and Cups are shipped two day priority mail which includes a tracking number. Koozies are now shipped with a tracking number, they are also able to have shipping upgraded to 2 Day Priority Mail. Shipping regular USPS mail does not include insurance or a tracking number. All items are available for a shipping upgrade to include two day priority mail with a tracking number.
Please keep in mind that purchasing two day priority mail does NOT mean your item will ship the next day. It simply means that once your item is completed it will ship using two day priority mail. Two day priority mail is the shipping method not the processing time.
Shipping standard mail could delay your item in arriving to you. Please know that I have no control over the shipping time once it leaves my hands. I recommend upgrading all items to include a tracking number so you know where your item is.
If I need to contact you about your order the processing time will not start until I hear back from you. So please make sure to include all information in the notes to seller field at checkout. This will ensure a speedy processing time.
Local pick up is available for $3.00. If you are interested in this delivery option please contact the store before placing your order.
Payment is due upon purchase. All items must be paid for before they will be made.
Returns & exchanges
Items that are personalized are non refundable. If you are unhappy with your product please contact asap. If there is a mistake in the order and it is our own please submit a picture of the item with the corrections to be made and we will do our best to fix it.
Please check over all font options carefully before ordering as some fonts form differently and you may not be happy with the way some look. The shop has no control over the way fonts are formed so please check over these carefully. Please ask any questions before ordering. We are happy to send you a sample image of what your monogram would look like before ordering. Decals will only be replaced if the mistake is the fault of the shop, for example monogram is in the wrong order, color or style. So please be careful when ordering your font style. Thank you!
