This is a wonderful set of 6 large educational Rubber stamps, and a vintage ink roller. They date to circa 1940-50, and feature a selection of scenes and objects annotated in french. They are ideal for learning or teaching French.

Each stamp is made of a soft flexible rubber sheet with the stamp raised on one face. Each stamp also has a detachable handle/hook to facilitate stamping and storage.

The roller is a large rubber roller with a turned wooden handle. consummate with its age and use it is ink stained and has been well used, but is still perfectly usable.

There is some tarnishing and oxidization to the metal edging on the sides of the stamps, but this is consummate with their age.

The stamps measure approx. 7 1/8" x 4 5/8" with a printing size of 5 1/4" x 4 1\4"

The roller measures approx 7" tall x 6 1/4" wide. The roller wheel is approx 5 3/4" wide with a diameter of 1 5/8"
