I have lots of wood to reclaim and I can't make stuff with all of it-- I would like to give it to the masses. This is at least 10 years old wooden fence exposed to the elements. Rather than throw it out or burn it I'd like to give you the opportunity to use it for crafts or decoration.
Right now it is completely rough and unfinished. Some of the ends are squared. The unbroken pieces are a hair short of 2-1/4" wide and 1/2" thick. Many of the pieces are irregular, broken, eaten away or pointy. There are several different boxes and they have slightly different mixes, but all are from the same material. The longest pieces in these boxes would be around 8", but many are shorter.
These are broken pieces and cutoffs that are from the same batch as our 2-1/4" wood tiles. (https://www.etsy.com/listing/489990731/2-14-rustic-wood-tiles-or-wood-squares)
This is a USPS flat-rate box, prepackaged and ready to go.
Please contact me if you would like different quantities or lengths of similar wood. We also have other listings with different cuts/quantities of the same wood.
I have priced the item and shipping to be a flat $20 combined shipped anywhere in the United States.
Most of our stuff will ship USPS unless stated otherwise. International buyers are welcome but we will need to create a custom order for you, if we have not already calculated shipping for the item. You are responsible for any VAT or tariffs in those cases.
We only accept direct and Paypal payments through Etsy. We may consider accepting Bitcoin if that's your thing, send us a message. No checks.
Returns & exchanges
Finished items may be returned for a refund minus the cost of shipping, if they are in good condition.
Raw materials generally aren't worth sending back.
We may issue refunds for shipping discounts at our discretion.
See something you like, but not sure it's the right quantity or size? Shoot us a message. We have lots of material we haven't posted on Etsy that we can custom cut and get you a quote for.
Reclaimed wood products are mostly recovered from places that we had no control over them. For some woods we do arsenic testing but otherwise it is impossible to test for the various contaminants that wood might have encountered in its lifetime. As always, please protect your eyes and do not breathe the dust when working with these materials. Unless specifically mentioned in the listing, the wood is not known to be food safe.
Some of our rougher materials may also have jagged edges or splinters. Please use caution when handling them, or send us a request to smooth them out at an additional cost.
