Our production/shipping times are listed for each item. Please not that shipping times may vary based on the item ordered.
We ship the vast majority of our items via USPS Priority Mail. On occasion, we must ship via UPS if an item is abnormally large. Each item is shipped with insurance covering the sale price.
For every purchase, you will receive notification when your item is shipped and a tracking number to keep tabs on your package.

We accept payment via Etsy Direct Checkout (credit card, debit card, Etsy gift card) and PayPal.

Returns & exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Non-custom orders can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your item, minus shipping cost. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost, which is to include insurance and tracking.
If an item you purchase is received damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately. In the event of a damaged item, please DO NOT throw away any packaging. Please send us photos of the damaged packaging and damaged item so we can report it to the shipping company.
All damages/losses will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
