(anything over 1 lb) ships via USPS Priority Mail with the option to upgrade to express. 
(anything under 1 lb) such as key chains & holiday ornaments ship 1st class postage with the option to upgrade to priority or express. International shipping: Anything under 4 lbs ships 1st class postage rate with the option to upgrade to priority or express mail. Anything over 4lbs has to ship priority mail or express due to postal regulations. DAMAGES & LOSSES: Once the item leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for it's journey to you. Any shipping damages, charges or losses are the buyers responsibility. Postal service does provide insurance on Priority & Express. Please contact us and we will assist as best we can.

►Non-Personalized Merchandise : Just contact us within 14 days of delivery ►Personalized Merchandise: (anything that is custom designed, names, dates, sheet music requests, wedding certificates, etc). If you are not satisfied with a personalized item due to our error, you may exchange for the same item with updated personalization. If any personalized info was supplied to us incorrectly and you need a replacement of your art, we will work with you to provide the updated replacement at a 30% material and labor fee of original cost, plus shipping.

Color variations: Every computer screen is calibrated differently and may cause you to see a variation in the item you receive. What matters is that our printers and monitors are calibrated together, so they will output the best possible printed piece for you and that we inspect and pack each piece by hand, checking for quality assurance. You may also see differences in the hue of leather items as we photograph under different lighting depending on the time of day and time of year. We strive for natural light, however because we live and work in the Northeast, rain and snow have a large effect on our photography process.

The real cost of shipping can be pricey. Unfortunately, these are the standard rates from US Postal Service and couriers. Because we're a small business, we don't qualify for lower rates so we simply can't compete with the big retailers who offer reduced shipping options. We're not making any money off of the shipping fees. We won't inflate the prices of our products to 'cover' shipping costs. We’re telling you this because we want you to know the truth of pricing. If you buy here: You're supporting small business. And as ever, we are so grateful to serve you in every way that we can. Remember $1.00 from every order in actual sales goes to help animals in need!

Business hours are Monday to Thursday 10AM to 5PM EST and Friday 10AM to 12PM. Orders will not be processed outside of these times. Shop is subject to close for all US Holidays as well as various TBD dates throughout the year. If our shop closure effects your order, you will be directly notified. Due to the nature of our business, we only provide email and Etsy convo areas as a means to get in contact with us. We are often very busy designing, printing, engraving and packing orders and do not have assistance in answering calls. We appreciate your understanding.
