Our current processing time is 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, please allow 3-5 days for delivery depending on method of shipping.
International order processing it 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before your order ships. Once shipped, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. Once the package is left at the PO, we cannot guarantee when it will arrive as some packages get stuck in customs for random amounts of time.

We accept Paypal, credit card through direct checkout, and some may pay through Paypal with a credit card.
We only ship to the address stored in your Paypal account. Whatever address is shown in Paypal is the only address we ship to. Reason being we as the seller would lose our "seller protection" in Paypal if we change it manually.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return the items undamaged for a partial refund. You will be responsible for paying the shipping to return and we will not refund the shipping paid on the original order.
Once we receive the item you choose to ship back, we will then offer the refund. As always, please get tracking and email that to us because we are unable to give refunds until we have the products in hand and we have inspected them.
We post our processing times in the shipping policies. Once the package leaves our shop, we cannot guarantee a delivery date as it is in the hands of the post office. We do not offer refunds for orders that did not arrive "on time" due to the post office or last minute ordering. We generally say 3-5 business days for postal delivery but those are just estimates from the USPS.com website. LatinCraft is not responsible for late arrival of any packages once the packages have left our shop. We only guarantee your order will be mailed out within our reasonable time frame.
