Since we offer different products, processing time is different for each one of them; please make sure you check the processing time specified in the listing for the particular item you are buying, so that you can get a better idea of when your item will ship .
It is our priority to get the goods to you as soon as possible and will make every effort to do so. If you want to upgrade to rush order or expedited shipment, just contact me before buying, so I can change the listing to your convenience.

Returns & exchanges
All refund request must be submitted no more than 3 days after items are deliver.
Custom and personalized orders are not refundable. orders will only be refunded as a store credit(minus shipping cost) in the event that the item gets to you broken or is different from what you ordered).
Please be mindful that all Paper Art Orders are custom; since they are made with your color choices.
Our products are expected to arrive in perfect condition. Any damaged or non functioning items are immediately refunded as store credit.( minus shipping cost)
For returns based on broken/ damaged items a picture of the broken item must be submitted along with your claim. In order for your return to be process.
For items that come by the case or buy the pack, if only few items from you order were damage, refund will only be issue by store credit, up to 60% of the purchase value. (minus shipping cost) unfortunately we are unable to break of a pack to ship out single items.
If you are returning your items for an exchange, I recommend using a parcel service that provides a tracking number and delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for any damage occurred during transportation or for the use of our products. Please note that return items ship at customer’s expense.
Items must be returned new, unused and with the package intact and/ or in the same condition that you received it. You have 10 days after you received your shipment for us to receive the items and the exchange to be process.
In order to be able to meet our processing deadlines; all orders are put into production the next day; So, Cancellations requests will only be accepted if received withing the same day that order was placed.
