What a Character® 1 3/4-inch Boot Mold (top and bottom and laces)

Caution: Our silicone rubber is not FDA approved for use with food products. NOTE: The original boot mold 18, in a hard resin format, was designed by Maureen
in 1997 and licensed for production to AMACO®. It is no longer being produced
in that format. So, after many requests, we have made it available again in this flexible silicone rubber format. We hope you enjoy it! It has always been one of Maureen’s favorite molds.

STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION for USA
We ship within the U.S.A. via U.S.P.S. priority or priority flat rate, with tracking. Fees reflect an average cost for sending a package of that weight plus a small handling fee.

Sales tax will be added for Minnesota orders.

We will ship your order to you within 1–3 business days from when the payment is deposited into our accounts. Checks and money orders often delay shipment as they may take longer to process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For reasonable cost and good delivery time, the default shipping is small flat rate priority, insured and only custom's tracking. If the shipping cost is more than the small flat rate cost, we will email you the cost of other shipping options. This may include uninsured 1st class mail, and regular priority mail, and medium or large flat rate priority, which is insured and custom's tracking. A link to PayPal will be included so you can pay the difference in cost. If you wish to cancel your order because of the additional costs, please reply to the email.

We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, Checks and Money Orders.

If you use Paypal you may check out using Etsy's checkout process. If you are not registered with Paypal, you can still make payments with them through your credit card.

Checks and Money Orders can be sent to us at the address provided by Etsy.

If payment is not received within 14 days the sale will be canceled. If there is a problem with the payment, please convo us.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

RETURN POLICY

Please convo us within 10 days after receipt if there is a problem with your order. We will do our best to resolve the problem. Do not return any order until you contact us first. Certain items are not returnable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returnable items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping, insurance, and handling fees will not be refunded.
