FAQs

Luxe napkins are 6.00 additional per 100 premium napkins, any size. If you choose a LUXE napkin please go to our shop category called "UPGRADES" and add the Luxe Upgrade to your shopping cart. Purchase a quantity of 1 for each 100 Luxe Napkins ordered. Luxe napkins are not available in the economy line of napkins.

Please be advised that the cups will hold the exact ounce to the rim, think of a measuring cup! Standard SOLO cups are 16 ounces. We are not liable if you choose a cup size that is too small, meaning....you choose a 10 ounce cup, your cups arrive and you cannot believe how small they are, guess what? They hold 10 ounces to the rim. PLEASE and I stress PLEASE.....take a regular kitchen cup and fill it to the level that you feel you need for your personalized cups, if you are using ice at your event, please also add the ice. Then pour this into a measuring cup so you can determine the correct size. For some reason people always seem to under judge the cup size and I really do not want to see you waste money and have to reorder larger cups.

We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. Meaning....if UPS is running late or there are weather delays and your order does not arrive in time for your event, we are not responsible. We will always ship on time but we cannot control the package once it leaves our shop. It is always best to NEVER order at the last minute so that you have a little "cushion" in case of delays with the USPS or UPS. Also, once a package is confirmed as "delivered" we are not responsible if the package is stolen/missing from your front door, etc. It is your responsibility to make sure you provide a secure address for delivery.

We are not responsible for your typographic errors. We will print exactly as you tell us to print. We do our best to catch errors prior to production but we are not liable if it is not caught. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE proof your text prior to submitting your order.

**Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico** Please contact us prior to purchasing any item in our shop as we ship UPS & Fed Ex on most items and cannot ship to these areas for the shipping cost shown in the listing.

Some items in our shop cannot be combined with other items as we ship from 3 locations. Certain items are made in each location. You can send me a message first with a list of things that you would like to purchase and I can let you know if they ship together. If you purchase everything at one time and they do not all ship from the same location, I will send you an invoice after the order is received. Personalized Cups ship separately and cannot be combined with other items. If you need personalized cups in your hands in 2 weeks or less you must contact us prior to purchasing to see if we are able to accommodate a rush order. If we are able to accommodate....we will go over the RUSH fee and expedited shipping charges which vary depending on the state we are shipping to.

Personalized gifts may not be returned for buyers remorse or any reason for that matter. Our personalization techniques are permanent and returned merchandise cannot be resold. If we make a mistake on any item we will gladly replace it. Please note, once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled. This is due to the fast nature of our business, everything we do is time sensitive and most orders are worked on almost immediately after the purchase. We are open 7 days per week, 18 hours per day. Our clients appreciate our fast service but this also means that we process fast! Our personalization techniques are permanent and therefore orders cannot be returned to inventory. No exceptions.
