Yarn Ball Holder and knitting storage organizer; small: holds one 100g ball; sky blue with red and white cherry blossoms
✨ This yarn ball holder is inspired by Koshka and her brother Mau who LOVED to 'help' me knit.* If you have a knitting helper, you know what this means . . . Balls of yarn rolling into clumps of pet hair, possibly getting tangled. That's a pain. Plus yarn can be dangerous to curious animals.
So, this travel yarn holder keeps your yarn from:
○ rolling away,
○ getting tangled up,
○ pet claws snagging on it,
○ dangerously entangling your pet.
✨ A travel yarn carrier also protects your yarn if you like to just throw it in your bag, keeping off lint and preventing things like your keys from trying to eat it
✨ This yarn holder also lets you change projects in the middle without having to cut the yarn or unravel the project. You can set aside a half-finished project to start a new one as much as you want with no hassle
✨ Two or more knitting storage organizers could be used at once for stranded knitting and tapestry crochet to keep your yarns from getting unrecoverably tangled.
✨ And, with the clear sides, you can check on your yarn supply without removing it.
A small knitting yarn holder or crochet yarn holder can hold up to about 100 grams or about 3.5 ounces of yarn. I recommend using a center pull ball if you fill the holder to capacity, but it will work with outside pull balls if they don't fit snugly in the holder.
✨ made of cotton fabric and vinyl with a polyester cord tie
✨ 5.5" high by 13.5" around (14cm by 34cm)
✨ holds 100g or 3.5oz of yarn
Yarn is not included and the holder ships flat.

Please note that all items are made in a smoke-free and cat-filled environment. I take great care to keep the chief product tester from lying on or carrying around your items (the chief leg hugger knows his job well and sticks to it) but I'm afraid your order may escape from the workshop with some cat hair on it.
*Koshka now 'helps' by lying on my UFO while I'm trying to knit it!

Shipping & policies
Shipping is by First Class Mail through USPS, unless a package is particularly large/heavy. Packages will include tracking information.
For buyers within the United states, there are no additional shipping charges on your order, except for large or heavy items. Packages often arrive quickly, usually within 3 to 5 days.
For buyers outside the United States, Etsy will calculate the shipping price for you based on your location. If the shipping costs less than what you paid I will refund the difference, if the difference is at least $1. International shipping usually takes 1 to 4 weeks, though on rare occasions, going through customs can delay a package an additional 6 weeks. Please be aware that there may be customs fees or duties on your package, and you will need to pay for these.
I will contact you when I ship your package with the tracking information. If there will be a delay in shipping I will contact you as soon as possible and keep you updated.
You might notice that the box or envelope your package comes in is not brand new. We like to reuse envelopes and boxes that are clean and in good condition when possible.
PDF patterns do not include a shipping charge and are available for download soon after purchase, usually immediately. If you need your patterns delivered another way (emailed or printed), please contact me to arrange the details.
I accept both Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout. You can use a credit card without opening an account using Paypal, if you'd like.
Items will be shipped after payment clears.
Returns & exchanges
We do our best to take photos of our items that accurately represent them, and thoroughly describe each item in the listing. Please be aware that colors may vary between monitors. Many of our items are one of a kind, and the photo shows the item you will receive. When several of the same item are available, individual items may vary slightly from the photograph because each one is handmade.
If you do need to return an item, please contact us to arrange the details within 14 days of receipt. If you have simply changed your mind, you pay return shipping, and we will refund the original purchase price as soon as we receive it. If we made a mistake or the item is damaged or defective, we will pay for you to ship the item back to us for repair, exchange, or refund.
PDF patterns cannot be returned, so purchases of patterns cannot be refunded once you have downloaded the files. We clearly mark these as patterns and not physical items in the description. You will need a program that can open PDF files to read the pattern, such as Adobe Reader (available as a free download: http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/).
Items that can fit in an envelope to ship are wrapped in turquoise paper with white polka dots, or white paper with turquoise polka dots, and turquoise and white ribbon. Larger items will ship in a small box with white tissue paper with turquoise polka dots. If you would like we can also include a note to the recipient from you; just leave a note in the 'notes to seller' box when you check out.
Wrapping paper is made of 90% recycled material, tissue paper is 100% recycled. Small shipping boxes are made of recycled material as well.
