Wools and Yarns are sent by Hermes Courier within the UK to allow you to track your parcel. First Class 'signed for' delivery option is available if prefered but is more expensive.

Additional policies

A number of cases have been raised recently by international buyers who haven't given sufficient time for a parcel to arrive especially at the busy holiday period. This has resulted in losses to my shop and bad feeling for the customer.

Therefore I've taken the decision to change all my international parcels to tracked and signed for to remove the need for any dispute. This obviously impacts the price of shipping but I see no other way around it. I apologise to anyone this adversely affects.
