Item details

Pregnant Onion succulent plant bulb BOGO sale measuring approximately 1/8 to 1/4" in diameter and ready to be planted.
You will get FOUR non edible bulbs instead of two!!

These will be shipped first class mail in a padded envelope or box on Mondays or Tuesdays so the plants/bulbs won't sit in a package over the weekend.

The Pregnant Onion gets its name from the fact it grows round like an edible onion and baby bulbs will form on, around and even under it.
******Please note this is ornamental and can't be eaten. These are said to be poisonous.

It also grows long white flowering spikes as seen in the first and last pictures.

It is native to South Africa so it will grow very easily outdoors in similar climates.

You can grow the Pregnant Onion outdoors during warm months or grow it year round as a houseplant. It is said to be poisonous so beware of pets and children.
I keep mine on top of a book shelf, kitchen cabinets or put them in a hanging planter in or near a window.

Any questions, I am always just an Etsy message away.

My plants will come with planting directions.
