I use the utmost care to ship delicate items. Ceramics are packed with bubble wrap, hard foam, peanuts, paper, etc., whatever it takes to arrive safely. This means that the more secure an item must be, the larger the shipping box. I will insure items over $100 and will also pay for SIGNATURE Confirmation.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please contact me within ONE WEEK if an item is damaged. NO returns nor refunds after 14 days.
I do not accept a ceramics item in return. If one is damaged, please contact me for an adjustment. I must have valid photo images for proof of damages. Please photograph all sides of the item or items. If I have no usable photos, then I ask that you return the product to me via USPS or UPS.
I do not refund for shipping, as I use the closest estimate for the cost of shipping. Shipping includes handling, which also includes Insurance, packing materials, etc.
Buying on Installment ~ The first $75.00 is non refundable AFTER 30 days of the order.
