To ensure quick processing and turnaround, please do the following immediately after your complete your order. Send us an Etsy convo with all of your information that should be included in your customized printable. If your printable requires a photo, please attach one UNCROPPED HIGH RESOLUTION (300 DPI) photo to the Etsy convo. You may also email your information and your photo to us (at contact@creativebydesigngroup.com) and include order number in the subject line. We do not recommend that you use photos from your cell phones but if you do, please be advised that no refund will be given if you have a problems with the photo you provided.

Yes. You are allowed up to 2 rounds of changes. After that, you may be subjected to additional charges for additional changes.

You first need to make sure you have Microsoft Word on your computer. If you use alternative software such as OpenOffice or Google Doc, the template may or may not work. We DO NOT provide support for alternative forms of Microsoft Word. Once you open the template in Microsoft Word, you will be able to click on the text boxes and edit and replace the place marker information with your own. Each template includes the fonts that you will need to give your invitation the same look as the sample in the product photos. Please make sure you install the fonts on your computer before your open and edit the template.

Because the design (the background) of the template is placed in the header of the Microsoft Word document to keep customers from accidentally deleting the design when editing the text boxes. However, if you do a "print preview" you will see that when printed, the template will be in full color.

Templett is an online software programs that we have partner with that allows you to edit our templates right from your internet browser. You don't need any software or fonts. All you have to do is follow the link that is emailed to you after you complete your purchase and you will be able to edit and download the template right from your internet browser.

For invitations, announcements, greeting cards, party decor, etc., I recommend printing on 85lb or heavier WHITE card stock. Whether you use matte or glossy is completely up to you. We personally like to use glossy for files that include in photos and matte for non-photo files. For printing t-shirt designs, I recommend using Avery Iron-on Transfer Paper. ------------------------- The best place to purchase your envelopes from is from a office supply store. Envelopes for 4x6s: A6 (4.75" x 6.5") Envelopes for 5x7s : A7 (5.25" x 7.25") Envelopes for 4x8s: No.10 or standard letter-sized office envelopes (4.125" x 9.5")

Due to the nature of our custom designs, you have 2 hours to cancel or exchange your order for a custom digital item. Once customization work has began, if you decide to cancel your order and request a refund, you will be charge a 50% inconvenience fee which will be taken from the refund amount. If you request a refund for "other reasons", you will be charge a 50% inconvenience fee which will be taken from the refund amount.

If you are unhappy with your digital item for whatever reason, please communicate that with us immediately before leaving negative feedback so that we may discuss possible solutions. DIY Digital purchases can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Custom Digital purchases can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but will be worked within a timeframe based on your selected turnaround time.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. If you need assistance after business hours we will reply to you on the next business day.

We are closed on weekends and all Federal holidays.

We are not responsible for the print outcome that results from your home printer or the print vendor. All of our templates are designed at a high-resolution and are test printed from an inkjet printer to ensure that the template’s print quality and clarity are of high-resolution.
