I believe in getting you your order as soon as possible. All items that are already made will be shipped out with in 1-5 business days after your order is processed. I do not normally ship out on weekends unless the item is needed asap.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping is available upon request. Shipping prices vary. If you live outside of the US and are interested in purchasing an item. Please send me a message. :)

For custom orders; shipping times may vary. If you need it by a specific date, that is also possible depending on the time it is needed and how big of a project it is.

Over-night shipping is available upon request. Please let me know in advance.

All items are shipped USPS with tracking number.

**Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Shipping is non-refundable for items that have already been shipped.**

Commission Fee:

For ALL non-pony bead custom orders there will be a commission fee, that must be paid before item is made. I comes out of the total for your order. This fee is non-refundable.

Returns & exchanges

If anything is damaged during shipping, feel free to message me and let me know within 30 days. I will fully refund you, or I can remake it for you. I will ship it back for free also! :)

Most of my kandi is 'one size fits most'. If a mask does not fit and you want to adjust it. Message me for EASY DIY instructions. :) Extra string and beads can also be sent along with your purchase, please just let me know at checkout.

Or know what size you are already for a mask or cuff? Or want a different size? Tell me! I can adjust for you before i ship it, just let me know at checkout!
